The only issue I had was the inconsistency in housekeeping. I do wish it had a microwave in addition to the refrigerator, but that seems to be a common issue among Denver hotels. Given that it was 100° on several occasions during our visit, the efficient air conditioning was much appreciated. The room was spacious, the mattress was very comfortable, the bathroom was much larger than I expected, and there was plenty of storage. From honoring our room request, to helping us get housekeeping supplies, to even loaning me a stapler, they were always so pleasant to help with each request. The front desk staff went above and beyond at every turn to make sure our stay met our expectations. The location Is perfect for those without a car, as it offers walking access to wonderful food and other retail conveniences.
